Stage 1 Flash (exhaust and/or aircleaner), no license or module required. Basic flash, dyno only if necessary 

100's of Stage 1 maps available, Screaming Eagle, V&H, etc  full system and slipons

 

Stage 2 Flash (exhaust, aircleaner, cams), can do but dynotuning highly recomended

If you want max performance, Stage 1 or 2 then dynotuning using PowerVision will be the way to go 

Stage 3 and 4 dyno only
